What Is Stress Affect Resolution?

"SAR" is a precisely-designed introspective Q&A that systematically dissolves PTSD by dismantling the underpinnings of the Stress Affects involved in an individual's case.

We have discovered an apparently universal pattern to the active elements underlying stress affects. There are perhaps nine specific types of content that must be inspected. There is also a structure to the interactions between a person's stress affects as they combine to manifest the skewed persona.

The questions are engineered and arranged to address each type of element and to parallel the structure and sequence of the package.

As stated, Stress Affect Resolution is a question-guided introspection. In fact, from the client's experience of SAR, questions are pretty much the whole of it. There is no lecturing, no indoctrination, no input to believe anything. The client simply answers a structured series of questions that are designed to direct his attention toward the inappropriate content tucked into the milli-second slices between his surface thinking. The process continues until everything supporting his stress affects has been brought to light, which coincidentally vaporizes those affects.

The most difficult aspect of the process for most people is accepting that it really is that simple.

Note! Because it must be absolutely safe for the client to freely answer every question, Stress Affect Resolution is totally and legally confidential. It is possible to respect that requirement because the SAR Debriefer (also known as a Resolution Chaplain) is always an interdenominationally ordained Chaplain. SAR may be thought of as a scientific type of non-denominational confessional. Even so, the client needs to know little more than how to answer structured questions, and is neither required to accept, nor even to be instructed in, any theory, philosophy or beliefs.
